FAQ

“Liv Delicious”? Helena, do you know how to spell the word “live”?
Now I do!

Once upon a time, I didn’t.
I was even afraid to speak (or write) English.

But I did it! I got over my fears – and now “Liv Delicious” is proof that you can have a great life, too – even if you are not perfect.

The word “LIV” has much deeper meaning for me. It is a tribute to overcoming phobia of speaking English and a memory to how brave and willing I was to address what was under that.

What does it mean to Liv a Delicious life?
It means designing the life that you love. The life that you are excited about and truly, genuinely loving the person you see in the mirror.

Why would I want to Liv Delicious?
Why not?
What is the alternative?
Live Undelicious? Don’t even go there!

It’s true. So, HOW do we do that? “
Here are 3 basic simple steps

1. Stop doing what doesn’t work for you! Just stop!
(what doesn’t work: feeling small, blaming yourself, hiding your power…)

2. Take a breath.
(relax, be present right here, right now)

3. Take a step.
(towards where you want to go – follow your Delicious “Yes” inner guide)
