About
The “Liv Delicious” movement is all about genuinely loving the life you live. t started as an inspiration of a moment.
Growing up in a war, being bullied, sad, and scared, I decided that I had enough of that and wanted to explore different side of life – Delicious side.
Here are few short questions that describe WHY and HOW to Liv a Delicious life.
We are not perfect. So what? And sometimes, life doesn’t unfold the way we planned. So what? Sometimes we feel alone, scared, angry, betrayed, ashamed, foolish… Sometimes we don’t know how to communicate, we forget what’s important and we face troubles and shortcomings. Sometimes we don’t see any hope.
Do we fall down and never stand up? No! We continue, living and loving. Even if we are not “perfect” we can still live a good life. The “Liv Delicious” movement offers plenty of support, meaningful strategies, tips, techniques, experts, solutions, plans and inspirations.
As you can see in the logo, “Liv” is spelled without an “E”- as a symbolic sign of not being perfect. The missing “E” also reminds me about not knowing how to spell and about my phobia of speaking English which I finally overcame in 2001.
On the logo, “Delicious” grows out of the open heart, symbolizing what happens when you keep an open heart.
The Logo symbolizes that we can only Liv a Delicious life when our heart is open and we live from the heart, from the inside out.
It is written in the handwriting, symbolizing that we write out own story, our own meaning, our own book of life.
I dreamed about this logo. I knew exactly how it should look. Two web-designers tried to put my idea on the paper and they didn’t succeed. Then I just drew it myself. It has a deep meaning to me and to everyone who hears the story.
A friend of mine wanted to put my life into words and while staring at me she wrote “Live Deliciously.” She said… “Helena, this is you! But you don’t speak English!” Then she crossed out the “E” in Live and “ly” in Deliciously. Thus “Liv Delicious” was born.
If you like this story, you will also love the story of Helena.
