I am the founder of Liv Delicious™, a company that inspires individuals to enjoy who they are and realize that we can make beautiful choices in life and Liv Delicious™. I am also the creator of the “7 Delicious Days” eCourse program – 7 simple ways of loving yourself.

Being a woman with a mission, vision, goals and zest for life – I believe that we are all powerful beyond measure and that we can discover long hidden treasures inside. I am an Advanced Emotional Freedom Techniques Practitioner, Life Coach, Fitness trainer, Yoga instructor, Laughter Leader, friend, daughter, sister, eternal student and much more.

Any kind of “non-Deliciousness” or pain (physical, emotional or mental) is all about our belief regarding the experience. Limiting beliefs create a disruption in the body's energy field. EFT neutralizes them.

EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a cutting edge energy medicine technique. It is simple, easily performed, and has amazing potency that makes you smile, therefore, it is my favorite, most effective tool in creating stepping stones from big road blocks.

Being a foreigner in the USA, EFT has helped me overcome language self-consciousness. It even made me LUV this cute imperfection of my accent. In honor of that, I dedicate this web name to celebrate victories and to LIV a delicious life.
