SUPER simple Red Hot Cold Tomato Soup


4 large tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
tomato soup4 tsp cold pressed olive oil
1 tsp grated ginger root
4 green onions
1/8 tsp cayenne
dash of cinnamon


Add water or more tomatoes for desired consistency. Blend until smooth. Decorate with basil, cilantro or parsley and enjoy! Bon Appetite!

P.S. I'm currently on a raw food experiment and this soup is really yummy.

Q: I have noticed that I procrastinate doing my tapping because I just don’t know how to say the words the way you are saying. Help! V.H.

A: Perfect question!
What is the purpose of EFT? To feel better? Achieve Emotional Freedom? How do you know when you are emotionally free? You feel it!
Therefore, before you start tapping, notice your body and mind, what do you feel? How deep? What color is that discomfort? What shape? Does it have a sound? How do you feel about that? Where does this feeling travel?

After that, start tapping! If the intensity is high, just tap on the points answering these questions. Describe what is it that you feel for about 2 rounds. Then take a deep breath, get centered in the body again and if the feeling is still strong, do one simple round with “this remaining _________ (discomfort).” If you feel better, just follow with 1-2 rounds of what you choose instead. “I choose peace and love,” “I have decided to open my heart,” “I prefer feeling relaxed and allow it”...

“Focus, Procrastination, Discipline”

Procrastination, lack of discipline, feeling of confusion in the energy system, feeling off?

Before we start, drink a glass of fresh water, it helps to move energy through the body.

Karate chop:

  • Even though I don’t feel like I am disciplined, I have so many things on my list I deeply and completely accept myself.
  • Even though I don’t seem to get myself moving, I accept myself and how I feel.
  • Even though I feel so lazy and I don’t really want to do anything, I just feel “blaah,” I could accept that feeling.
  • Even though I don’t believe I can ever become more focused and more disciplined just by tapping, I choose to tap anyway and be open to Delicious possibilities, because my goal is to Liv Delicious 100% of the time, and maybe I don’t even need to be focused, I can just feel Delicious, that’s all!

Top of the Head: I feel soo off…
Eyebrow: Something is off!
Side of Eye: I am not present; I feel so off!
Under Eye: This heavy off feeling in my shoulders, chest, body - everywhere!
Under Nose: Oh, Gosh, I feel so off, it’s incredible!
Chin: And I really want to shift and feel Delicious, because this is when I function wonderfully!
Collarbone: This off feeling!
Under Arm: I know I can move this energy; I did it so many times!
Top of the head: I am good at shifting my energy, I am really good at it!

Eyebrow: What if I can do it right now?
Side of Eye:
Maybe I can ask my body to shift and remember that feeling?
Under Eye:
I feel that something is changing already.
Under Nose: I ask my body to remember this feeling.
Chin: I love my ability to raise my vibration!
Collarbone: My body feels better already.
Under Arm:  I really like growing, and I am open to feeling really Delicious!
Top of the head: Thank you body for this feeling and the shift.

Take a deep breath and continue by filling the blank with something you appreciate very much.

Eyebrow: I appreciate my _____________ (whatever you appreciate the most) .
Side of Eye: I am so greatful for my _____________ (same as above) .
Under Eye: Thank you for my _____________ .
Under Nose: I appreciate having my _____________ .
Chin: I appreciate my _____________ and I appreciate myself!
Collarbone: And I appreciate myself for doing this!
Under Arm: Mmmm… this sweet feeling of Deliciousness!
Top of the head: I already feel very productive! My life is easy, because I take care of my life! Thank you!

Take a deep breath!

This tapping round is taken from my self-work, in the morning of March 6th. (I record all of my own tappings, so that I can have “proof” of my personal progress. It gives me the ability to truly know what works. I walk my talk as I work with clients and use EFT on myself, from funky off place to peaceful Deliciousness! …and if I can do it, you can do it!
