“Focus, Procrastination, Discipline”
Procrastination, lack of discipline, feeling of confusion in the energy system, feeling off?
Before we start, drink a glass of fresh water, it helps to move energy through the body.
Karate chop:
- Even though I don’t feel like I am disciplined, I have so many things on my list I deeply and completely accept myself.
- Even though I don’t seem to get myself moving, I accept myself and how I feel.
- Even though I feel so lazy and I don’t really want to do anything, I just feel “blaah,” I could accept that feeling.
- Even though I don’t believe I can ever become more focused and more disciplined just by tapping, I choose to tap anyway and be open to Delicious possibilities, because my goal is to Liv Delicious 100% of the time, and maybe I don’t even need to be focused, I can just feel Delicious, that’s all!
Top of the Head: I feel soo off…
Eyebrow: Something is off!
Side of Eye: I am not present; I feel so off!
Under Eye: This heavy off feeling in my shoulders, chest, body - everywhere!
Under Nose: Oh, Gosh, I feel so off, it’s incredible!
Chin: And I really want to shift and feel Delicious, because this is when I function wonderfully!
Collarbone: This off feeling!
Under Arm: I know I can move this energy; I did it so many times!
Top of the head: I am good at shifting my energy, I am really good at it!
Eyebrow: What if I can do it right now?
Side of Eye: Maybe I can ask my body to shift and remember that feeling?
Under Eye: I feel that something is changing already.
Under Nose: I ask my body to remember this feeling.
Chin: I love my ability to raise my vibration!
Collarbone: My body feels better already.
Under Arm: I really like growing, and I am open to feeling really Delicious!
Top of the head: Thank you body for this feeling and the shift.

Top of the head: I already feel very productive! My life is easy, because I take care of my life! Thank you!

This tapping round is taken from my self-work, in the morning of March 6th. (I record all of my own tappings, so that I can have “proof” of my personal progress.
