Living your dreams!
Ever since I overcame my fear of speaking English with native English speakers (thanks to EFT), I have had huge desire to do Public speaking, to shine up on the big stage, to share myself and be an example of living a Delicious life in it's full potential.
Little did I know that asking for it in my meditation and affirmations will result in being on the stage of Tony Robbins! In front of 3500 people. Wow!

Click here and be inspired with this video and experience the craziness when you Unleash The Power within! (I show up at 2 minutes mark.) |

We are talking about Living our full potential! How many of us are unhappy with the amount of energy in the body, with our strength, with our looks?
Today’s recipe is called “Delicious 69 Plank”! Yes, it has great benefits for the body (abs, back, hips, and shoulders) as well as self esteem. It even fulfills the experience of completing things you want to have completed, like exercise!
This is extremely yummy recipe and very easy to prepare. It is available every day and the more you have it, the better you look!
Ingredients:
- yoga math or carpet or simply floor
- timer
Instructions:
-
Start by lying face down on the ground or use the exercise mat - Place your elbows and forearms underneath your chest
-
Prop yourself up to form a straight line using your toes and forearms.
-
Maintain a flat back, keeping your body firm, strong as you breathe and relax your face.
- Hold this position as you focus on tightening your abs, until you can no longer maintain a flat bridge. For beginners, start with 10 seconds and increase to "Delicious 69" as you became stronger.
Remember to keep your hips and back strong. This exercise will only be effective if you work to maintain a flat line from your shoulders to your feet. You might want to start in front of a mirror to learn the technique.
Now, you will never be able to say that you don’t have time to exercise! You know you do! |

“I don’t live to my potential”
EFT and The Work of Byron Katie – many of my clients are familiar with the 4 questions specific questions that I ask as we tap. This EFT round shows how gentle combination of The Work with Tapping can bring Delicious Peace. When you are worried or anxious about sabotaging your progress, thinking that you 'should' do more and not living to your potential, do this tapping round and Liv Delicious!
Karate Chop point:
- Even though I am not living to my potential, I deeply and completely accept myself anyway.
- Even though I feel stuck and not living to my potential, I love and accept the idea that I even have potential.
- And just because I am convinced that I am not living to my full potential, I love and accept myself even more.
Top of the Head: I am not living to my potential.
Eyebrow: I am just not living to my potential.
Side of Eye: Is that true?
Under Eye: Yes, I am not living to my potential at all!
Under Nose: Can I absolutely know that it’s true that I am not living to my potential?
Chin: Well, not absolutely. Maybe I am just afraid.
Collarbone: Maybe I am just scared of my own potential.
Under Arm: Maybe I am just scared to be who I am and shine.
Top of the head: And I am open and willing to feel calm and peaceful about that.
Eyebrow: What if that is just a feeling? Just a thought?
Side of Eye: Hm… that would be nice! Because, I know how to use EFT for feelings.
Under Eye: I wish this could be just a feeling.
Under Nose: Maybe this is just a thought and I believe it.
Chin: No wonder I have this pain in my chest and anxiety in the stomach.
Collarbone: This is what happens when I believe that I am not living to my potential.
Under Arm: What a painful thought!
Top of the head: I wonder who would I be without that thought...
Eyebrow: I would probably be busy living my potential.
Side of Eye: And I would feel calmer and peaceful about my life.
Under Eye: I would be greatful for the potential of my fingertips and tap in peace.
Under Nose: Now I know that my potential is right here.
Chin: I choose to treat myself kindly and love all that I am.
Collarbone: I am so greatful to be who I am, and feel calm and confident about it.
Under Arm: It feels so good to use the potential of EFT and tap.
Top of the head: I am so grateful that I am already living the life of my potential. Thank you for this Delicious peace.

Take a deep breath and relax, allow your potential.
Notice how you feel and do another round until you get your own bike just like my gramma!
Till our next meeting,
Stay Delicious!
