What’s the difference between EFT and Exercise?

None! If you want to get results, you got to do both of them!
Yes! If you are XXL or XS, or you suffer from “Skinny Fat Syndrome,” you understand that you are not using your body well. Our bodies love to be used.
Excuses like “no time,” “too busy,” “too tired”… are just that – excuses!
Come on, let's tap on it!

Tap on your Karate Chop point and repeat it aloud:
- Even though people think I am skinny, but only I know about the fat on my stomach, I deeply and completely accept myself and how I look.
- Even though I don’t really feel like exercising, I choose to find what works for me and do it anyway.
- Even though I don’t have to do it today, I can start next week, or in 17 years… I choose to reconsider that option right now.
Top of the Head: But I think it’s boring!
Eyebrow: And I don’t have time for it either!
Side of Eye: Why should I do anything about it?
Under Eye: I just don’t want to do it! And leave me alone!
Nose: I rather watch TV or phone someone.
Chin: That’s much easier.
Collarbone: I am just going to wait for them to invent a magic pill.
Under Arm: I will wait right here.
Top of the head: Even if it takes them 17 years!
Take a deep breath and shake out your hands a little.
Top of the Head: What if my life is in my hands?
Eyebrow: What if my life is my business?
Side of Eye: And I am not really happy with the way I look or feel.
Under Eye: The truth is, I love using my body.
Nose: I love dancing, walking, swimming, biking.
Chin: I love playing with my dog and children.
Collarbone: I love being active and feel strong!
Under Arm: Maybe try Zumba? Yoga or Tai Chi?
Top of the head: And in 17 years, I will be a professional Athlete!
