The easiest Avocado dip in the world!

This is probably the easiest recipe in the world, thus the name! It’s a marvelous dip for a few reasons:

1. It's sooo good for you
2. It can be used as a salad dressing
3. It comes from one of my absolutely favorite role models – Jack La Lanne!

Jack La Lanne is one of the most inspirational people ever born. He is a living, breathing example of how important it is to eat healthy, exercise regularly, and stay Delicious!

Ingredients:

1 Avocado
½ cup whipped cottage cheese
¼ cup plain yogurt
Dash of paprika
Dash of lemon juice
Garlic to taste

- Mash the avocado and add in everything else.

Jack says that this is “Absolutely Delicious.” And it is! Indeed! He loves it with fresh raw veggies; cauliflower, celery, carrots… chips or crackers.

Eat Delicious, Be strong, Enjoy your life! Why not?

Q: Dear Helena, I love doing EFT with you, but when I try to do it by myself, I don’t get such good results. Why?

A: This happens sometimes, especially when we are dealing with deeply rooted issues. Our subconscious mind “knows” that it's impossible to overcome it or believes that we are still that little girl or boy.
That is when working with a Coach is like a helping hand.  We, as humans,  oftentimes just need to be heard, supported and loved by someone who is staying strong and confident when we feel small or weak.

What’s the difference between EFT and Exercise?
- None! If you want to get results, you got to do both of them!

Yes! If you are XXL or XS, or you suffer from “Skinny Fat Syndrome,” you understand that you are not using your body well.  Our bodies love to be used.
Excuses like “no time,” “too busy,” “too tired”… are just that – excuses!

Come on, let's tap on it!
This tapping round is pure fun! It will kick your butt to do something for you!

(re-remember the tapping points here)

Tap on your Karate Chop point and repeat it aloud:

  1. Even though people think I am skinny, but only I know about the fat on my stomach, I deeply and completely accept myself and how I look.
  2. Even though I don’t really feel like exercising, I choose to find what works for me and do it anyway.
  3. Even though I don’t have to do it today, I can start next week, or in 17 years… I choose to reconsider that option right now.

Top of the Head: But I think it’s boring!
Eyebrow: And I don’t have time for it either!
Side of Eye: Why should I do anything about it?
Under Eye: I just don’t want to do it! And leave me alone!
Nose: I rather watch TV or phone someone.
Chin: That’s much easier.
Collarbone: I am just going to wait for them to invent a magic pill.
Under Arm:  I will wait right here.
Top of the head: Even if it takes them 17 years!

Take a deep breath and shake out your hands a little.

Top of the Head: What if my life is in my hands?
Eyebrow: What if my life is my business?
Side of Eye: And I am not really happy with the way I look or feel.
Under Eye: The truth is, I love using my body.
Nose: I love dancing, walking, swimming, biking.
Chin: I love playing with my dog and children.
Collarbone: I love being active and feel strong!
Under Arm:  Maybe try Zumba? Yoga or Tai Chi?
Top of the head: And in 17 years, I will be a professional Athlete!

Now tap on your favorite points or just complete another EFT round.

  • That would be Delicious!
  • I didn't even know how many options I have.
  • My life is my life – there is no time to lose.
  • There is plenty of time to use!
  • I choose to feel great-ful and use my time wisely.
  • I choose to feel strong and use my body.
  • I am not going to wait 17 years!
  • No, not me!
  • I know better, I am going to do it right now.

    And now, take a deep breath and go! Do something Delicious for your body!
