“Something is wrong with me”
In our discovery and quest for better quality of our life, we might encounter blocks on the path. Great! We will outgrow them and use them as stepping stones. Karate chop point:
- Even though I feel that something is wrong with me, I deeply and completely love and accept myself anyway.
- Even though something must be wrong with me, because I can't create an easy life, I accept that about myself.
- Even though I am convinced that something is wrong with me, that’s ok, something can be wrong – I accept myself despite of it.
Top of the Head: Something is wrong with me!
Eyebrow: That’s what she told me!
Side of Eye: That’s what they told me!
Under Eye: I have plenty of evidence to prove that.
Nose: Something is wrong with me.
Chin: No wonder I am frustrated.
Collarbone: You would be too, if something was wrong with you.
Under Arm: Something is wrong with me and I can't change it!
Top of the head: What if nothing is wrong with me?
Take a deep breath.
Tune back in for a positive solution of the problem.
Top of the Head: I am open to that possibility too.
Eyebrow: Something could be right with me!
Side of Eye: There are so many things that are right with me.
Under Eye: And I am making progress every day.
Nose: I enjoy seeing my own advancement.
Chin: And it’s none of my business what they think of me.
Collarbone: I have decided that nothing is wrong with me.
Under Arm: I am so glad that I am ok and don’t need fixing.
Top of the Head: It feels freeing believing in me.
Take a deep breath and enjoy one more round of positive tapping.
- I am open to finding strategies that feel good to me.
