This Chocolate pie is deceptively simple to make; it takes longer to clean-up than to prepare!

Super simple, Extra Delicious 8 minutes pie

1 pack (16 ounces) chocolate chips
2 packs silken tofu (24.6 ounces)
1 ready-made pie crust
1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
1 tsp. vanilla extract

[Makes one 8-inch pie; serves 8-12]

On a moderate heat melt the chocolate chips. In a blender or food processor, combine the silken tofu and the melted chocolate. Blend until very smooth and completely combined.

Pour into the crust, pop it in the freezer for an hour to chill or overnight in the fridge. Spread whipped topping just before serving and voila!

Enjoy your Super simple Delicious pie!

P.S. If you want to experiment variety, try adding peanut butter (typically 2 heaped tablespoons), or use orange or mint extract instead of vanilla, for extra sweetness add some honey. You might try a variety of nuts or even fruits.

Q: Hi, I have a question about snoring. My boyfriend snores so much that we can’t even sleep together. It really bothers me. Do you think that Tapping can help?

A: As we know about the usage of EFT – Try it on Everything!
First, use it for yourself and the emotions of “being bothered” by his snoring. Notice all the feelings about his snoring and tap on yourself.
Then you can tap with him, while he is awake, if he is open to it. (It's ok if he is not).
Or use surrogate tapping as he sleeps.

This is the perfect tapping round for relaxing and appreciating little things that make each day special, magical and Delicious.

  • Even though I had a really long day, I deeply and sincerely love and accept myself anyway.
  • Just because this day was “a handful,” I choose to find time for myself now.
  • Even though it’s the end of the day, it is the start of my rest time; I am looking forward to it because I deeply and completely accept all that I am.

Top of the Head: Wow, what a day!
Eyebrow: I went through a lot.
Side of Eye: I did a lot!
Under Eye: A part of me feels tired.
Under Nose: Another part of me feels proud and accomplished.
Chin: I like that part.
Collarbone: What if I take care of both of my parts now?
Under Arm:  It is easy to accept the good things of today.
Top of the head: And I choose to accept all of me and my whole day.

Take a deep breath.

Eyebrow: After all, I managed some things really well.
Side of Eye: I love feeling confident about my skills.
Under Eye: Because it’s not about being “high” all day.
Under Nose: It’s about having a skill to bring peace within.
Chin: I made so much progress in last few months.
Collarbone: I love feeling calm and great-ful about my day.
Under Arm: I choose peace and I forgive myself for any mistakes.
Top of the Head: I am so glad my life is my friend and I treat it well.

Take a deep breath and enjoy one more round of positive tapping.

Eyebrow: Thank you for growing peace in my heart.
Side of Eye: I love accepting myself more and more.
Under Eye: How beautiful it is to generate supportive thoughts.
Under Nose: I carefully choose my thoughts.
Chin: And my whole body is happy and relaxed.
Collarbone: My mind is more peaceful.
Under Arm: And I love having myself in my life.
Top of the Head: Thank you for today, I intend to have another Delicious day tomorrow.
